woods claim services llc has been the absolute worst. i requested my insurance information for a claim about a month ago now, and i have called multiple times since now and left messages, and emailed and have received 0 response from anyone. my emails and voicemails go ignored. i'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service that i have received.
