i've had this agency for over 20 years with auto, mobile home, and boat insurance. they have always been responsive with any questions or claims. the agent is very helpful.
i would like to inform management that i have been dealing with this agency for over 5 years and the customer service is terrible. i have been trying to get my surety bond renewed since 11/5/2022 and have yet to receive it. i sent several emails and called several times and no one answers or returns my calls. the one person that did answer the phone gave me the wrong information and told me my bond was paid over the phone. when i called back to verify she had disconnected the call. i have a business to run and cannot complete my jobs without a surety bond. please provide a resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
