mike j. is redefining customer service. he has a warm, outgoing, no-nonsense personality and he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. he recently saved me over $1k/yr on my auto insurance and homeowners insurance. and he was able to do so quickly and accurately. mike j. can’t be beat. thanks mike! i’ve been an ignition customer for years and mike j. has set the new standard.
it's expensive and they seem to quote you for things you don't need. makes me wonder how they charge more without due cause. came in for a quote on homeowners insurance. i accepted their homeowners quote, and paid. a month later, i received a bill for the down payment for a separate policy i did not request. the fee was not due to nonpayment, as my bank statement showed the bill was paid. i called and asked why i was being charged, and i was told i could cancel the policy if i did not want it. i explained that i did not want the policy and didn't ask for it. the agent said she would cancel the policy and refund my money. two weeks later, the refund still had not been processed. i called again and was told the refund was denied because the premium had been used to pay another penalty fee that i did not understand. i spent another hour on the phone arguing about the charge and finally a manager stepped in and refunded my payment. i will not be a returning customer.
called to get a quote for business insurance. the price was good and we decided to switch over. after speaking with the representative i was told that my general liability carrier would be cinch (which i have been happy with for many many years). however, when the policy was issued, the carrier was some company i had never heard of. i was able to get the carrier changed to cinch, but it took several phone calls and they were rude and acted as if they didn’t care about their customer service. it took almost 3 weeks for me to get my cx for work so that i could get a c.o. requirements for my business. i’ve been calling every week and was told someone was working on it and would get back with me. unfortunately i have 3 weeks of projects i cannot work on until i get my cx and proof of insurance.
