although the staff is friendly, i was extremely disappointed with my experience with the service of this agency. i contacted this agency regarding medicare coverage inquiring about a policy that i had received in the mail that was offered through them. the woman i was transferred to provided me with nothing but attitude and would cut me off as i was trying to get questions answered. when i finally was able to get a word in, i asked if i could cancel my membership due to the experience i received. she informed me that i would need to contact another department; however, she failed to provide me with the number to said department. i honestly would not recommend this agency to anyone.
