i have been a customer of parcelguard insurance services for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service. they are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns i have, and they have always been fair and honest in their dealings with me. i would highly recommend them to anyone.
i am submitting a complaint about parcelguard insurance services inc. for their non-payment of claims. i would like to start by saying that we had a policy with this company for several years and never had any issues. however, when we filed a claim for a stolen package, they denied it. we provided them with all of the necessary documentation, but they still refused to pay. we have been trying to resolve this issue with them for months, but they have been unresponsive. we are now considering legal action.
