my husband and i rented a 10x20 unit at cypress location for 8 months, then we moved to humble location 3 months ago due to the closer distance to humble. the staff at both locations were all very friendly and helpful. the facilities are clean and well-maintained. their online payment system is easy to use too.
very nice plac e, the guy who help me was very kind and he explained everithing very clear. the guy in the office very patience he was dealing 3 different people at the same time and with all the same kindness and patience.
i’m so happy i choose safe harbor storage. they are clean, organized and the staff is always friendly and professional. i give them 5 stars.
all the store cubicles are clean, organized and very accessible. the guys who help are very nice and friendly… the only thing i don’t like is the lady that’s who takes the payment, she is so rude. if she doesn’t like her job she should not take it out on the customer.
