they didn't return my calls for almost a month, about a policy change. called several times, no response. then they decided to return my calls... telling that they were going to cancel my policy. i would not recommend this company to anyone.
the worst insurance agency i have ever encountered. when i called to report that my son broke his arm they not only did not know what to do, but they referred me to the wrong doctor! i was so upset and frustrated. i called multiple times and left messages and never received a call back. i would never recommend this company to anyone. the staff was rude and unhelpful and seemed to have no idea what they were doing. i ended up finding another insurance agency and i am much happier with them.
