amwins group benefits is a great company to work with. they are always responsive to our needs and provide excellent customer service. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance provider.
amwins is a joke! they have given us nothing but problems since we switched to them. we've had to call customer service multiple times, and they have been unhelpful and rude. they have also made several mistakes on our bill, and we have had to spend hours on the phone with them trying to get them fixed. i would not recommend amwins to anyone. in fact, i would urge you to stay away from them. there are much better insurance companies out there.
