"this place is a bit hard to find as it is nestled far in the back of the office park and i passed it a few time before i saw the small sign that directed me to their suite. aside from the nit i had with locating their office, i am very satisfied with the service i received. i was greeted promptly and offered a beverage while i waited. even though i was a walk in, the wait was short and i was helped right away. the staff is very friendly and professional. they listened to my needs and gave me all my options. they even gave me a couple of quotes from other companies so i can compare rates. i ended up switching to their company since they offered a better rate than my previous insurance company and i am very happy with the decision i made to switch. based on my experience, i highly recommend this insurance agency."
