i am so glad i switched to audamo insurance services. i had been with my previous insurance company for years, but i was always overpaying for my coverage. when i switched to audamo, i was able to get the same coverage for a much lower price. the customer service is also excellent. i have never had a problem getting ahold of someone when i needed to make a change to my policy or ask a question. i highly recommend audamo insurance services to anyone looking for affordable and reliable insurance.

audamo insurance services llc does not deserve any stars or recognition. my experience was beyond horrific. to make a long story short i purchased a vehicle and went with audamo insurance services llc to insure my 2017 nissan altima. on july 5 2022 i purchased the policy and added my vehicle. i called the following monday to pay my insurance which was a little confusing because they didn't tell me how much the downpayment amount was. when i received my temporary id card in the mail my vehicle was not listed on the card. so i called back confused. the agent told me to disregard the card that i received and added my vehicle once again. i called my lienholder to verify and they said they did not receive payment from audamo. i called back audamo and spoke to multiple agents including a supervisor who stated that they sent my down payment to the wrong lienholder. she stated that they would correct the mistake and send my payment to the correct lienholder. another week passes and my lienholder still has not received my downpayment. i called back and again spoke with multiple agents then a supervisor. the supervisor assured me that the lienholder received the payment and that the policy was in force. she also stated that she would overnight my new id card with the correct vehicle listed. a few days later i received the same exact card i received the first time. my vehicle information was still not listed on the card. i immediately called back audamo and spoke to the same supervisor who assured me once again that everything was ok and that i was covered. on 08/18/2022 i was involved in an accident and deemed at fault. i immediately called audamo to report the accident. i was informed that i had no insurance coverage due to the fact that my downpayment was never sent to my lienholder and therefore my policy was never active. i am now being sued by the other party and have to pay for all damages out of pocket. i dont recommend ***audamo insurance services*** to anyone.
