anthony perez and prime claims inc. is a liars stay away as much as possible. the overall rating was never 4.9, maybe 1.0 if you ask me. i made a claim with this broker in february of this year and felt from the start there was not enough effort in pushing my claim. i was hoping to build a strong relationship with them, but i had to keep calling them for updates. i asked for documentation, which never materialized. i asked for a plan of action and never received this request. i had to call them for everything, and i must mention that they never call you back. my claim took way too long for a simple claim and always had some excuse. i was told this broker handled homeowners, and the claim was covered, but they didn't tell me they did not handle the assignment of benefits. i had to search for a vendor and pay for them from my pocket. i have been calling for reimbursement, but now they are ignoring all my phone calls and emails. save yourself a headache and use another broker.

prime claims inc. cancelled my policy without notice. beware of prime claims inc. i had an insurance policy with them for 4 years, and they cancelled it without any prior notice. i was not even aware that my policy was cancelled until i received a letter from my lender stating that my insurance coverage had lapsed. i called up prime claims inc. to find out what had happened, and they told me that they had cancelled my policy because i had not paid my premium. however, i had set up automatic payments, and i had never missed a payment. i have been trying to resolve this issue with prime claims inc. for over a month now, but they have been completely unresponsive. i have filed a complaint with the department of insurance, and i am in the process of finding a new insurance company.
