i have been a customer of david gordon associates for over 10 years and have always been very satisfied with their service. they are always responsive to my needs and have always been able to get me the best rates on my insurance. i highly recommend them.
i would not recommend them to anyone. the service is terrible. they don't return calls or emails. they don't follow through on what they say they will do. they are very unprofessional. i have been trying to get a refund for a policy that i canceled over a month ago and they keep giving me the runaround.
