i want to share our firm’s experience with commercial trust alliance. my firm has received multiple claims denials for the year of 2022. we were not happy with the end results. i reached out to commercial trust alliance and spoke with elizabeth sanabria. ms. sanabria was able to provide a solution and resolve the issues we had with the insurance carrier. ms. sanabria was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. thanks again to ms. sanabria and commercial trust alliance for all of their help.
this insurance agency would not respond or call back to repair the property for over 6 months. there was a hurricane and my roof was leaking, commercial trust alliance was called and they would not send anyone out to fix the roof and they would not answer our calls or emails. we had to hire our own contractor to fix the roof and we were never reimbursed for the expense. avoid this insurance agency and go with a reputable insurance company.
