pinnacle preneed services inc. is worst insurance company i've come across. always trying to get over on you! they are very rude and unprofessional. the only thing they are concerned with is making money, not satisfying the customer. just stay away if you want to keep what is yours.
i've been a customer of pinnacle preneed services inc. for over 10 years. i've never had any problems with them. they are always helpful and courteous. i would recommend them to anyone.
