magna monroe management group, ltd. located in 895 park ave, mandeville la has the worst customer service. the staff, especially one named "alice" are rude and unprofessional. they don't seem to care about providing good service to their customers. i would not recommend doing business with this company unless you want to be treated poorly.i have called several times to speak with someone about my account and they will not return my calls. i have left messages asking for return calls and no one has called back. i am very frustrated with this company's lack of customer service. i am considering taking my business elsewhere.
