shore line insurance agency inc is the most unprofessional insurance agency that i have ever dealt with. i would not recommend them to anyone. i have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently had a claim and they have been nothing but difficult to deal with. they have delayed my claim for over 2 months now and have given me no explanation. i have called and emailed them multiple times and have not received a response. i am very frustrated with their service and will be switching to a different insurance agency as soon as possible.
