*mic drop* these ladies came to save the day once again! i can't say enough about the customer service provided from beginning to end. i spoke to several ladies over a few months, and all were just as helpful and wonderful as the first. they took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me, and made sure that i was taken care of. i am so thankful for their help, and i would highly recommend them to anyone. they truly go above and beyond.
i have never dealt with such terrible customer service. i have been trying to get a binder for months. no one in the office answers the phone. i have sent several emails with no response. after spending 2 hours on hold today, i finally got through to someone only to be treated very rudely. i would not recommend this agency to anyone.
