very competent and professional. it takes only a few hours since you report your incident and the company gets back to you with a claim number. the online platform allows you to file your claim and submit invoices. you can even track the status of your claim. i was able to get my money in less than a month. very happy with their service.
avoid this insurance agency!! i've been with them for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently filed a claim for damages to my car and they have been nothing but difficult. they have been dragging their feet on processing my claim and have been giving me the runaround. i've had to call them multiple times and have yet to get a straight answer. i'm very disappointed with the way they have handled my claim and would not recommend them to anyone.
