this agency is highly recommended by my friend who works in the insurance industry but it turned out to be a big mistake. when i called to report that our tenants were evicted due to non payment of rent, i was told that our policy lapsed due to non payment. i asked for a reinstatement and i was asked to pay $1000.00 and that the policy would be reinstated once i pay for it. i was given two weeks to pay and then the amount went up to $1500.00. i paid the $1000.00 and was told that i would get a refund if i reinstate the policy. i waited for a call on when to pay the remaining balance of $500.00 and there was no call so i called again two weeks later only to be told that my policy is now canceled and that i should reapply with a new policy and pay $3500.00. i have been so stressed out about this since i thought i was covered and now i find out that i am not and that i lost $1000.00.
