pmhlp is trash. [redacted] is an incompetent agent who fails to respond to emails, phone calls, voicemails, and even messages sent via the pmhlp app. i had been with pmhlp for years but now i am taking my business elsewhere. i recently sold a car and had to cancel the insurance, several days after the insurance was canceled, my bank notified me that pmhlp had attempted to take another auto-pay out of my account. when i called [redacted] to ask about it, she lied to me and said she had canceled the auto-pay before the last payment was taken out - however, my bank statement proved her wrong. i would not recommend the albmarle office to anyone. try state farm instead.
