i would give 5 stars but there have been a lot of issues with this insurance agency. i have been with this company for over 10 years and have never had any issues until the last year. the customer service has been horrible. i have been on hold for over an hour on multiple occasions. i have also been given the runaround when i have called to ask about my policy. i am very disappointed with the service i have received lately and am considering switching to a different insurance company.
