i canceled my policy and they failed to refund my money for the full six policy months that i did not use!i absolutely do not recommend this company for any short term insurance needs! i had two policies with this company and i was very satisfied with their products. unfortunately, due to covid-19 i elected to cancel one of my policies before the term was up. ap alliance not only refused to refund my money for the unused policy term, they also adamantly refused to cancel my policy and i was forced to continue paying for a policy that i did not have a vehicle for. i cancelled my second policy and immediately switched to geico and i am very satisfied with geico's products and especially with their customer service department.

i had a very bad experience with this company. we had an accident on april 11th 2023 called the company and was told they would send adjuster out, which they did. but the adjuster came out and denied the claim saying we hit a deer when we actually hit a culvert. we have been sending this company pictures and everything we can to prove that it was not a deer and they continue to deny the claim. adjuster was very rude and would not listen to anything we had to say. do not recommend this company at all.

very rude and not helpful at all. did not get any insurance done with them or will ever try to get insurance done with this company, ever! this company stole my information and used it for the wrong purposes.i will be reporting to the bbb.
