kb benefits is a great company. i've been with them for years and have never had any problems. their customer service is excellent and they are always willing to help. i recently had a claim and they made the process very easy. i would definitely recommend kb benefits to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable insurance company.
kb benefits is bad. if i could give zero stars i would. they charge you too much for what little they offer. you can get the same thing cheaper other places. plus their customer service is rude and not helpful. i called to understand something and they refused to tell me unless i paid them more. this company is out to make a quick buck and that's it. they don't care about their customers or their needs. you're better off looking for a different insurance agency. there are plenty of other options out there that are more affordable and have better customer service.
