health prime has some of the worst customer service i have ever encountered. they are rude, unhelpful, and incompetent. i have been trying to get a refund for a policy that i canceled for over a month now, and they have yet to process it. i have called multiple times and spoken to different people, and each time i get the same runaround. i am so frustrated with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
