academy transportation and freight inc is the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. i have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. i recently filed a claim for a car accident and was told that my policy did not cover it. i was shocked and called to speak to a supervisor. the supervisor was rude and unhelpful and told me that there was nothing he could do. i am very disappointed with the service i have received from academy transportation and freight inc and will be switching to a different insurance company as soon as possible.
