if i could rate this company a zero i would. i switched over from geico to clear and have regretted it since my first payment. geico was amazing with responsive customer service, clear accurate billing statements, easy online portal and claims process. with clear, none of that is the case. they are not transparent with the way they calculate your premium and will make changes to your bill without notice. when i called to get answers and request changes i was on hold for significant amounts of time (over an hour each time) and given misinformation or put on hold just to be disconnected. when i finally did get a supervisor he was rude, dismissive and did not resolve my issues. save yourself the frustration and go with a highly rated insurance company, clear is not one of them!
