i hate this company so much. the worst insurance company i've ever experienced. i will never recommend this to anyone. i was not able to file a claim for three months. their customer service is also the worst. i will never ever recommend this company to anyone.
i highly recommend austin & co inc. they provided excellent service, explained the policy clearly and were very patient with my questions. i am very happy with my new policy and would definitely recommend them to others.
good value for money. the only problem is, the customer service needs to be improved.
