they don’t answer the phone and they don’t return calls...paid our premium without a problem, but when asked a question about the coverage, no response...terrible company.
i have been with pinto insurance for over 15 years and have never had any problems with them. they have always been prompt on returning calls and very helpful when i need them. i highly recommend them.
recently had a terrible experience. i was in an accident, filed a claim, and waited nine months to hear back. i called repeatedly and was unable to get a call back. i even went into the office and no one was able to help...don’t recommend.
there has been no consistent, quality customer service with the pintos. they don’t return calls, and the last time i got an answer, the agent was rude, so i don’t even try anymore. we just go into the office ourselves whenever we have issues.
