although their listed hours are until 3:30 i show up at 3:02 and they are closed! i really needed to make a payment and had to drive in a whole other direction. i have been a loyal customer and i can honestly say i am very disappointed. i would have hoped that they would be more accommodating and would at least stay open till their posted hours.
i called three other agencies before i called this one and i felt like they were honestly trying to screw me over and were also extremely rude. i called this agency and they were very polite and they seemed genuine in wanting to get me the best deal possible, which they did because i am saving over $350 per month. i am very glad i decided to give them a call and i will definitely be sticking with this insurance agency for the foreseeable future.
