karla baca's state farm was very helpful and always has been consistent and respectful, i've been a policyholder for 12 years and have never been disappointed.
they will not work with you if you're late on a payment. they will cancel your insurance immediately. their only concern is making money and nothing else. i do not recommend anyone to go through this agency. they do not care about their customers.
