if you have a choice, do not go with fairway risk solutions. this brokerage will not return your calls, will not close your polices after you signed the cancellation forms, and will otherwise ignore you. we canceled our policies in march and as of today (april 14) they have not been canceled. we are billed monthly for coverage we no longer have and are unable to get fairway risk solutions to rectify the situation. they do not answer calls or return voicemails during business hours. corporate is aware of the situation and they have done nothing to fix it.
we have been a long time customer of fairway risk solutions and have always been pleased with their service. they are very responsive and helpful. they have always been able to find us the best coverage at a competitive price. we highly recommend fairway risk solutions to anyone looking for an insurance broker.
