i was very disappointed with the service i received from new era insurance. the agent was rude and unhelpful, and he was not able to answer any of my questions. he also did not take the time to explain the different types of insurance coverage available, and he did not help me to choose the right policy for my needs. i would not recommend new era insurance to anyone.
