i would not recommend this agent to anyone. been with allstate for 35 years and saw my rates triple in the last 3 years. you could not get a human on the phone. when you did, they were rude and condescending and not interested in answering your questions. they had many errors on my policy. when i found a better rate somewhere else, they refused to refund me my money for the 6 months that i had pre-paid.
