riggs insurance agency & real estate has the worst customer service. i have been trying to get my homeowners insurance canceled for over a month and they keep telling me they will do it but they never do. i have called and emailed multiple times and i have not been able to speak to a manager. i am going to have to contact the bbb and the state insurance commissioner if this does not get resolved soon.
i have been a client of riggs insurance agency & real estate for over 10 years, and i have always been very happy with the service i have received. the staff is always friendly and helpful, and they have always been able to answer my questions and help me find the best coverage for my needs. i would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for insurance.
