icon insurance programs, llc is the worst insurance agency i have ever dealt with. i have been with them for less than a year and have already had several problems. the staff is rude and unhelpful, and they are always trying to rip me off. for example, when i first signed up with icon, i was told that my monthly premium would be $100. but then, after a few months, i received a bill for $200. when i called to ask about it, i was told that there had been a "mistake" and that my premium had actually always been $200. i would not recommend icon insurance programs, llc to anyone.
