let me make this brief and to the point, if you wanna sleep good at night it would be wise to take your business elsewhere. the staff here is very shady and very rude. i'll explain what happened to me so you can see for yourself. i made an appointment for 10:30 am and arrived on time. i was told that my appointment was for 11:30 am not 10:30 am by the receptionist. i told the receptionist twice that the email stated 10:30 am and she rudely insisted that it was a mistake on their part and that it was set for 11:30 am. i reluctantly decided to wait even though i had things to do later and couldn't stay long past 11:30 am. 11:45 am approached and i still hadn't been seen i asked for my information back to leave and go somewhere else. they told me that i would get charged a cancellation fee if i left. i was furious at that point and decided to continue to wait. finally at 11:55 am i was called back to see the agent. i was immediately turned off by his attitude he came across as very arrogant. i explained what i wanted and he started talking over me as i was speaking. i felt very disrespected and decided to leave. the receptionist then handed me a bill for $25 for a cancellation fee! i refused to pay it. i think they do this to frustrate people into just paying the fee. i would report this agency to the bbb if i could. i really hope someone higher up than this agency sees this and does something about this office. there's no way this is the only incident. at least not with the amount of negative reviews i'm seeing on the internet.
