there should be a minus 5 rating because this agency is very poor at what they do! this agency offers insurance policies for businesses. i was recommended to use them after my parents had a good experience with getting life insurance through them. unfortunately my experience was nothing like theirs. i should have seen the signs when they gave me a price over the phone and promised to email me a quote. after a week of not receiving the quote i reached out to my contact. then it took them 4 days to email me the quote. i went ahead and moved forward because i wanted to give them a chance even though their customer service was bad. boy do i regret that decision. they messed up my policy so bad. first, they listed my business type as 'real estate' when i clearly told them i have a real estate services busines. because of this error my policy premium was doubled. then my agent tried to tell me that someone from the state agency said the type of policy i wanted was not real. so my agent recommended a policy that costs even more than double my inital quote. i would not recommend them to my worst enemy!
