i was very impressed with the service i received from ckjg group llc. the agent i spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. he was able to answer all of my questions and helped me find the right insurance policy for my needs. i would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for insurance.
the customer service representative i spoke with, who's name was henry, was very rude and dismissive. he did not listen to my issue and kept interrupting me. i will never do business with this company again.
