i have been a customer of the buchanan agency for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service. they are always willing to go the extra mile to help me find the best coverage at the best price. i would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance agency.
the buchanan agency is one of the worst insurance companies. i have never had such a bad experience with any other insurance company in my life. the customer service is terrible. i have been trying to cancel my policy for over a month now and they keep giving me the runaround. i have called multiple times and have been on hold for hours. i have also emailed them several times and have not received a response. i am so frustrated with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
