their customer service is beyond poor! i called about a quote and the representative was rude and dismissive. when asked if my need for homeowner's insurance was urgent, she laughed and said, "not urgent enough for you to call someone else." i am appalled by the lack of professionalism and understanding of how to treat potential customers.
