joseph is very polite on the phone and provided great customer service.
they were very helpful to me last year and again last month. my insurance company will not cover repairs on my roof that was inspected by their representative. the representative told me that there was hail damage and that they would cover it and i paid my deductible. the adjuster came out and said there was no damage from hail but damage from wind which is not covered by them. i contacted rumfield and they contacted my insurance company and told them about the hail damage and they spoke to the adjuster. they filed a new claim and covered the repairs. i appreciate their assistance and follow up with my claim.
