this is a great company to work with but the customer services needs a lot of improvement. been a customer with them for over 4 years and i have to frequently repeat information and issues that need to be resolved.
as a homeowner, this company has handled all my insurance needs over the past 16 years. i can count on all the employees to answer my questions promptly and efficiently. they provide excellent customer service. i know i can always call on them when i have a question or concern and i will get a quick response.
i understand there’s new management and they’re trying to make some changes, but as a customer for years, the changes haven’t been helpful at all. there are way too many hoops to jump through to make something happen. not to mention, there are no stand out employees that can help you all the way through. you’re just passed between people who don’t seem to know what the other person did or said.
