horrible customer service, i selected this agency for my auto insurance since they are supposed specialists in commercial vehicles, and we own a small business with a few trucks, when i called to get a quote the representative, ms. wilson, was rude, didn't answer my questions and actually hung up on me when i insisted on getting some questions answered. the next day i called back and spoke to a mr. jones who was also not helpful and even laughed at me when i told him how i was treated. i will never recommend this company.
