i have been with gp for about 10 years with my auto, home and umbrella policies. i am served by their grand rapids branch and have always found the staff to be courteous, professional and knowledgeable. they are especially prompt in returning calls and emails. claims were handled promptly and fairly. i would highly recommend this agency.
