i am very frustrated with the lack of professionalism and customer service i have received from 4t ag insurance. i have been trying to get my homeowners insurance policy canceled for over a month now and have been given the run around by multiple employees. i have called and emailed repeatedly, and no one seems to be able to help me. i am now being told that i have to pay a cancellation fee, even though i have not received any service from this company. i am extremely disappointed with the way i have been treated and would not recommend this company to anyone.
