my recent experience with this agency was quite frankly terrible. not only was the agent rude, he was also non-responsive. we called the agency and asked for an estimate. we were told that someone was going to come to our home and do the inspection on thursday. however, nobody showed up, and no one called to explain what happened. we called the agency again a few days later, we were given the same promise that we would be contacted soon, and again the same thing happened. we decided to call a different agency.
our experience with their service was great the agent to whom we were assigned was friendly and prompt with all our questions. as first-time home buyers, my husband and i were very confused and didn't understand most of the document we had to sign. but the agent explained everything thoroughly and in simple english that we could understand.
