great overall service, but they're real busy. we got a home insurance policy with their help a little over 2 and half yrs ago. the agent who helped us was super nice, patient, and knowledgeable. the cost was competitive too. i contacted them for other insurance needs in the years since we signed up with them, and i had to leave a message each time. i don't think they called me back at least twice. when i could get a hold of someone, they were very nice and helpful, but it's annoying to leave a message and not get a call back over and over again. so i would definitely recommend them, but you really have to stay on top of them to get what you need.
mercer advisors helped us sign up for our business insurance last fall. it took several weeks and a lot of back and forth, but they got the job done in the end. there was a lot of confusion and miscommunication during the process, and we had to reach out to them multiple times to get things straightened out. we also found out afterwards that we could have gotten a better deal elsewhere, but it was too late by that point. so overall, we were not impressed with their service.
i recently switched to mercer advisors for my home and auto insurance. i'm very happy with the service i've received so far. the agent i worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable, and he was able to get me a great rate on my insurance. i would definitely recommend mercer advisors to anyone looking for an insurance agency.
