they have really good coverages for a great price. i switched from geico to them about eight months ago. so far so good. i have no complaints at this time. the rep who helped me out was very nice. i was on the phone with him for almost two hours getting a renters insurance and auto insurance. very good service.
good customer services, they call me once a week to check on me.i think they try a little too hard to be nice but its better than not calling at all. they are able to find cheap decent coverages for my house and my auto. i will keep them and recommend them. no complaints from me.
