very professional. great communication. and best of all they keep me updated on everything. but this location should be moved into a more visible area like irving mall or galleria mall. i'm not saying that this location is not visible but it will do better in the mall. and for the agent here, thank you for being so helpful.
this is a horrible insurance place. the staff is very rude and they take to long to process claim payments. i would recommend everyone to not go to this insurance company. the lady there name is melinda. she is very rude and talks over you like you don't know what's going on. i went to file a claim on my vehicle and she was giving me an attitude. saying i don't know the process. they need to retrain their staff because they have no customer service skills at all. i hope the owner takes this review seriously.
