texas star did fix the issue today but it should not have taken 15 phone calls, 4 emails, and a complaint to the bbb. someone needs to monitor these calls so your customers aren't treated like this. the worst experience i have ever had with an insurance company.
texas star insurance is the worst insurance. i want to give it zero stars i don’t recommend anyone use this company. it’s very frustrating and disappointing to have to go through all this when you have already paid for the service.
